The Strong Arm Top Mount is designed to be used as a mount for our Fillet/Rigging tables or as a BBQ mount or Fish Finder mount etc, this mount changes from a vertical plane to a horizontal plane and is adjustable every 10 degrees. Typically when this mount is used for tables they are used in conjunction with a dog bone extension or two but can be attached to a base mount for a short adjustable mount.
The Strong Arm Top Mount is constructed from aluminum 6063 T52 angle aluminum from 1/4" thick stock and coated with marine clear anodize. This is not designed to be used as a base mount and although plenty strong for the intended use it does not have the strength of a base mount and should not be used in place of a base mount for the Strong Arm Mounting System.
